But unlike the majority of screwball comedies, its lean in runtime as well.
NotThe Palm Beach Storythough, and it triumphs as a result.
But on-screen it all makes perfect sense, and a showcase of Hollywood in its most glamorous period.
Keaton, a projectionist who dreams of being a detective, is framed in a crime and is banished.
But what stands the test of time is Keatons physical comedy.
Its Allen at his best.
