Is Hellbride the kind of DVD that accompanies a great night in with a curry?
If only it were that simple.
You see, theres just no getting around it:Hellbrideis a terrible film, regardless of artistic integrity.
The seeds of a great idea are there, but the execution is shockingly poor.
Some performances, particularly Rebecca Herods knowing turn as Nicole, are surprisingly competent.
However, for the most part, the acting stakes are shockingly poor.
Judging byHellbride, though, it seems highly unlikely.
Not a bad haul, considering.
