Russell T Davies is putting Doctor Who back on the Christmas schedule.
New and exciting are the watchwords.
For the first time ever, Im writing a Christmas Special… at Christmas!
Davies said in an interview withDoctor Who Magazinelast December.
And this isnt for next year, no, the 2023 script has been long since signed-off.
The new one is for end-of-year 2024!
But beyond that, Christmas Day just hasnt been the same since it stopped having a TARDIS in it.
It will appear on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK, and Disney+ everywhere else.
The special will also feature a guest appearance froma character first seen in 2005.
We dont know who yet but are crossing our fingers for a dramatic Clive resurrection.
