K-Dramas, documentaries, and a little bit of Elvis lead Hulu’s top picks this month.

Here’s everything coming to Hulu in May.

Hulus list of new releases for May 2024 is missing a certain amount of original series firepower.

Shardlake – Season 1 – Drenched in mystery, suspense and deception, this four-part drama, based on the first novel in C.J. Sansom’s internationally popular Tudor murder mystery series, is an eerie whodunnit adventure, set in 16th century England during the dissolution of the monasteries. In the place of a blockbuster likeThe Handmaids TaleorShogun, however, is some content diversity.

The first of the month sees the premiere of four-episode British seriesShardlake.

Other series of note this month include the Korean dramaUncle Samsikon May 15.

Movies are bit more interesting on Hulu in May.

Teen comedyProm Datespremieres on May 3.

That will be followed by the 2023 Adam Drive filmFerrarion May 24.

Before all that though is the real heavy hitter.
