Why does Den Of Geek keep updating long articles?

And where has the letters page gone?

Its how things used to work before pesky Twitter/Facebook/too much coffee took over.

Secondly: why are we doing it?

Well, its kind of got to the point where wed be daft not to.

We also want to verify our articles are read.

We no longer take any free content at all, and havent for some time.

Genuinely, not doing clickbait headlines and/or social media posts hits us in the pocket.

The longer articles are, at worst, a pain.

Weve as many people who like them as dont.

Im conscious of that, certainly.

Weve been trialling them for the last few weeks, and refining them as we go along.
