The Fantastic Four cast announcement is here and it’s truly fantastic! 1961sFantastic Fourmay have kicked off the Marvel Universe, but the FF arent really superheroes. No, the big news here is that Marvel made the announcement in the form of a Valentine card. Happy Valentines Day declares the banner above the team. Even H.E.R.B.I.E., the teams trust robot companion, is accounted for in the announcement! The FF look happy. They look like a family....

Before Mark and Jez, there was Paul and Otto. Thank goodness for no-shows. As it reportedly went: BBC Two passed on it. BBC Choice didnt see it. And everything ended happily ever after. We were just transfixed by the films violent, creative, and often stylistically unique action sequences. I can certainly understand the widespread hesitation to celebrate that element of theStarship Troopersexperience....
