Survivors DVD review

Rob takes a look… For those who have not watched season two, it was pretty good. However, it is not just the stories that make a TV show. There really is some very well written stuff going on. Thats not to say that everything is perfect. This, along with any other extra feature apart from the obligatory scene selection, is missing. Episodes: SurvivorsSeries 2 is out now andavailable from the Den Of Geek Store....

Tim Burton, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham-Carter on Alice In Wonderland

Sort of like a United Nations Tribunal For Asking The Same Bloody Questions In Different Accents. The Scottish accent is something that I did mess around with onFinding Neverland… I like wearing skirts, too. JD:Theyre all kind of related in a weird way. Waterworld Blu-ray review

The flop that wasn’t, Kevin Costner vehicle Waterworld gets a tepid high definition upgrade… Always did, and continue to do so. Hopper, inevitably, grabs whatever screen time hes given with glee. Its a long, meandering film, with some spectacular sequences breaking up a fair amount of waffle. And it was good fun to sit through it again. But its also held up reasonably well. That said, this Blu-ray does it no favours....

Andy Biddle:Any animated film is quite painstaking. The style that Wes [Anderson] wanted was quite fast and character-based action. It was quite involved. I think it was a favourite book of him. How many versions did it take to get the perfect Mr Fox? Ian McKinnon:Mr Fox was probably one of the easiest characters to realise. We suggested Felicie as character designer and she did these beautiful sketches. It was supposed to have that debonair sophistication that someone like Rex Harrison had....

Pride And Prejudice And Zombies: Dawn Of The Dreadfuls book review

Recently, Ive been discussing Quirk Classics, specifically their literary mash-up genre. I asked my friend, Youre a lover of classic literature. When will they go too far with this trend?
