As Charlottes right hand, Sara Harvey is one of the Liars most formidable adversaries.
If there was a gold medal for manipulation, Sara would win, hands down.
Charlotte didnt have to be trans to make her story more compelling or shocking.
Mona Vanderwaal
Its hard to beat the original A Mona Vanderwaal (Janel Parrish).

Because Mona was the first A, its also almost impossible to fully trust her again.
