Escape nearly packs as much story into itself as the rest ofHorror Stories 2s segments put together.

And boy when it does, does it ever.

Amateur Night absolutely excels at being a terrifying entry, as well as a rather gruesome take on vampires.

It goes without saying, but a phenomenal job is done by the woman that they pick up.

Right from the start shes unnerving and theres a very committed performance there that only intensifies the horror.

Not only a frightening segment, this is one that will make you really think.

Its a real innovative vision that pushes you to places you never knew you wanted to go.

Each customer is a new possible threat until they arent.

A ridiculous segment that you wont soon forget.

The only thing better is seeing him get out.

The Eye sports an incredible performance from Mark Hamill as he brings a mediocre story to scary heights.

Hamill plays a baseball legend whose career is cut short prematurely after he loses an eye in an accident.

The homicidal Santa concept is a fascinating one due to its utter simplicity of perverting this deified figure.

Theres a real ferocity in how this storys presented and its unwillingness to hold back.

However, upon bringing the trinket home, it comes to life and begins terrorizing her.

Even the noises that the creature makes are bloodcurdling.

They dont rot them like that anymore!

Indeed, the level of quality between shorts fluctuates wildly at all times.
