Firstly, the film drops the ball with the cast.

Thats not to say there are not two or three good bits in the film.
However, a few good scenes does not make for an hour and a half movie.
This is also true for the Blu-ray.
Marvel, it seems, is hit and miss when it comes to its characters.
And as we all know there is only really one Punisher, and his name is Dolph Lungren.
