And it was hilarious.
A mix of tactics and action,Cannon Fodderwas a game that was well ahead of its time.
Honestly though, its really not as depressing as Ive made it sound.
It also made being a soldier an incredible amount of fun.
It was also cementing the genre in the real world, with a strong WWII theme running throughout.
Youre fighting terrorists, not enemy combatants, and youre doing it with a team.
TheRainbow Sixseries set the benchmark for tactical shooters, andVegasstands proud as the one to beat.
