However, despite essentially being different products,CODandCOD: Warzoneare often connected.

In the past, when Activision released a newCODgame, a largeWarzoneupdate followed close behind.

Yet, the recent release ofModern Warfare 3included no significantWarzoneupdates.

Modern Warfare 3

Naturally, this caused many gamers to wonder whenCall of Duty: Warzone 3.0will launch.

The technical answer is a solid nobody knows.

After all, Activision upgradedCOD: WarzonetoWarzone 2.0several weeks after the launch ofCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

But does that mean the company isnt planning aWarzone 3.0?

For that matter, are we even going to get a significantWarzoneupdate that incorporatesModern Warfare 3content and changes?

Activision will probably roll such an update out, but not necessarily in a form gamers expect.

On one hand, this client gathers all the data under one roof.

As for whenWarzonewill actually use that data, its anyones guess, but that wont stop us from hypothesizing.

At the very least, we can safely say that the next majorWarzoneupdate will launch in December.

Delays are always possible but that certainly seems to be the plan as of this time.

So why hasnt the team been a little more clear about the plans for thisWarzoneupdate?

For that matter, why wasnt the next majorWarzoneupdate released a little sooner?

Again, nobody knows since the companys PR team is acting tight-lipped.
